To meet the high-volume demands of international B2B projects, our facility houses 20 sets of advanced production equipment, making up 17 standard production lines.
— Low-Voltage Power Cables: using a 5-step core process (Stranding → Insulation Extrusion → Cabling → Armoring → Sheath Extrusion), we achieve a daily capacity of 14.4 km — an annual capacity of 4,320 km.
— Building Wires: focused on wire drawing and insulation extrusion, our lines output 768,000 meters daily, reaching 230,400 km annual capacity.
Industry-Leading Core Equipment
Our production lines are equipped with industry-standard machinery for high-precision manufacturing, electrical safety, and superior mechanical strength:
— Continuous Drawing & Annealing Machine (LTD-1000SP): operating at speeds up to 1,000 m/min, processing φ8.0mm oxygen-free copper rods into high-purity conductor wires. 10–14 passes of continuous drawing with online annealing, guaranteeing uniform softening and electrical conductivity ≥100% IACS.
— Tubular Stranding Machine (GJ1+6/500H): engineered for copper (≤400mm²) and aluminum (≤630mm²) conductors, ensuring perfect roundness and mechanical strength. Sector compaction technology improves the filling coefficient; automatic tension control prevents wire breakage.
— 90mm Cable Extrusion Line (SJ-90/33 Extruder): compatible with XLPE, PVC, and LSZH materials, with an online eccentricity detector and wall thickness control system. Sectional temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, outputting over 10 km daily with precise insulation concentricity.
— Cage-Type Laying-up Machine (CLY500/6+12): forms multi-core cables up to 100mm outer diameter. Low-tension laying-up technology and an anti-scratch wire guide device prevent core deformation and insulation damage during stranding.
