The authoritative specification for any specific order is the one stated in the signed sales contract for that order.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules then in force. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The language of arbitration shall be English. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. This dispute-resolution clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual-property rights.
