Overview

YJV combines Class 2 stranded copper conductor with extruded XLPE insulation, then a PVC outer sheath compounded for SEA ambient. Suitable for fixed installation indoors, in cable trays, in cable ducts, or in direct-buried trenches where mechanical protection is not required. Continuous conductor temperature 90°C, short-circuit conductor temperature 250°C — same thermal envelope as every IEC 60502-1 compliant LV cable on the market.

Key Features

01

Universal IEC compliance

KEMA / DEKRA type-tested to IEC 60502-1 — accepted by every major SEA utility and EPC consultant without project-specific waiver.

02

Tropical-spec PVC sheath

Sheath compound formulated for 50°C ambient and 95% humidity — passes 30-day humidity chamber test before lot release.

03

Full cross-section ladder

1.5 mm² to 630 mm² in one product family — no need to mix YJV with another supplier for the large feeder sizes.

Applications

Building riser feeders

Vertical service feeders from main switchgear to tenant distribution boards in commercial and residential high-rises.

Industrial motor circuits

Plant feeder from MCC to fixed-speed motors, capacitor banks, and lighting distribution.
