Challenge
In the event of a fire, traditional cables release thick smoke and acidic corrosive gases (such as hydrogen chloride) that can instantly damage expensive precision optical fibers and chips. As a large-scale backbone node, the Deqing Data Center requires cables to possess extremely high levels of flame retardancy, low smoke, zero halogen (LSZH), and even fire resistance.
Solution
